LMGascoyne training & consultancy was launched in 2004, providing highly professional affordable services in a personable, approachable and knowledgeable way across the business sectors in Sheffield, Yorkshire
and further afield.
The real passion of the business is in helping identify and release the untapped potential of individuals and teams so the business potential can be realised. Most organisations know that the key to their organisational success lies with their staff, yet many struggle to know how to release their potential in reality. LMGascoyne’s training
and facilitation services focus on building the interpersonal skills and expertise needed for personal effectiveness, whilst the HR service supports an organisation’s fundamental culture
and policies development, the combination of which lead to an organisation’s success and effectiveness.
About Linda Gascoyne
Linda is an experienced trainer and consultant with a Human Resources and senior management background.
It was whilst working as Personnel & Office Manager at a Government funded regeneration organisation that Linda completed the CIPD's Professional Management Foundation Programme becoming a Licentiate of the Institute. She continued her CIPD studies with Manchester Open Learning, focusing on Employee Resourcing, Employee Development
& Selection Testing
& Assessment.
Her next step was as Personnel Manager for the French owned Labauto Ltd, reporting to the MD and providing a personnel service at a manufacturing site of 300 employees, before moving to The King's Trust, an educational charity, as HR and then Senior Manager. It was also here that Linda consolidated her training
and project management experience by securing and managing consultancy projects, providing training
and recruitment solutions to companies such as Airtours UK, Holidaybreak Plc and Cunard Line.
Linda has maintained her membership of the Chartered Institute of Personnel
& Development, is certified as an Accredited Listener through the Acorn Christian Foundation, and continues to participate in training sessions to keep her skills updated. Recent examples include
CIPD's Facilitation Skills course, an OCN Assessment day, an OTL (Observation
& Teaching & Learning) training day and a Business Day focusing on Organisational
& Personal Effectiveness.
