HR Support
Linda Gascoyne can utilise her experience as an HR Manager in three
different sectors to provide your organisation, regardless of size, with
high quality and professional Human Resources services at a reasonable
cost.
This could include reviewing policies & working practices; providing
ongoing support; taking responsibility for a specific project, carrying out HR activities only
when you need it.
Services can include, but are not limited to, the following:
Recruitment
With experience of large & small scale recruitment
at a variety of levels and business sectors, Linda can oversee and/or
carry out recruitment programmes to ensure your organisation hires the
best candidate to fill your vacant positions.
Alternatively, she can take the strain by carrying out small chunks of
the process, e.g. writing ads, producing Job Descriptions and Person
Specifications.
Induction Programmes
Linda can review existing programmes and/or design and deliver staff
induction programmes to help ensure your new staff become effective as
quickly as possible and aware of your organisation’s culture, values and
policies.
Absentee Management
Linda can work with your organisation in the
creation and ongoing support of absentee management programmes by
updating policies; monitoring sickness absence levels; providing
training on sickness and stress management.
